Shipping policy

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. If applicable, VAT will also be listed during the checkout process after you have entered your delivery address.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs and tax charges may be incurred upon import/delivery. These are to be borne by the recipient and are based on the legal regulations of the destination country.

If shipping costs are incurred, they will be clearly indicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment (if in stock).

Transparency

We do not carry "hidden" private labels that are not marked as such.

Warranty and service

All manufacturers have a two-year warranty. And if your handpan should get out of tune, we are here to help.
